How to activate LoveFilm on your PS3

You’ve seen the adverts, you’ve probably read my blogs but you want to get in on the action of streaming films from LoveFilm to your PS3. But how do you do it?

First, you need a LoveFilm acount. Simply go to Lovefilm and sign up for the service. You get a 14 day free trial so you get to give it a go first before paying anything.

Then, on your PS3, go to the LoveFilm option under “Video” and choose the “Activate” option. Here, you will be asked for your LoveFilm login credentials (the email and password you used to create the account) and, all being well, you are good to go!

There were a few niggles when I first signed up for it, but that was the first day and there was a huge demand for the service. It has now vastly improved. The quality of the stream is actually very good both in video and sound.
