So here is the start of a series of blogs that keeps you, the reader, updated on the latest of whats going on with me outside of the usual blogging (that you might find interesting, have a good look around this site).
I write to you today after a very warm couple of weeks, and the start of the end of a hugely frustrating house buying process. We have finally had our second mortgage offer, only for the solicitors to say “Hey thats not right” when in fact it is. After waiting 7 weeks for a second offer there is no chance in hell I’m waiting another 7 weeks! I’d like to hear from others who have had unpleasant house buying experiences, I share your pain!
In other news, we have booked a weekend away for July 24th, 25th, back on the 26th. We are heading off to Bayeaux to see the famous tapestry in all its glory. I hope to book the Monday off too so that one can enjoy some beverages in the company of friends on Sunday night for birthday celebrations (July 25th is the day I turn 26), but all in all should be a good weekend.
Then there is also Spain to look forward to – a good few days out in Spain with our Stuey, in the company of our Russ and Liam. It is Stuey who provides me with the hosting that allows you to read this, check out the other stuff he does over at Insanity Design.
